Overview

Our exchange lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange. To be eligible for a defective product exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. In order to process a defective exchance, Please submit an inquiry at the bottom of the page with a picture of the defect. 

 

Refunds

At this time we are unable to provide full refunds for any of our products. Please review our Exchange policy for defective merchandise.

 

Exchanges

We can only replace items if they are defective/damaged. We apologize but at this time we can NOT accommodate size exchanges. 

 

**Please be sure to utilize the size chart when selecting a size. Also, please remember that some styles are Unisex sizing**

 

Shipping returns

If the item is defective, then there are no additional shipping costs. Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We are not responsible for any packages lost due to errors with the shipping company. Please keep the tracking number in your records until the item has been delivered.
